UChicago Summer Session Scholarship Programs Counselor Nomination Form

Thank you for nominating students for UChicago's Latin American Phoenix Scholars Program! This program is open to current 11th grade students who are enrolled in a high school in Latin America may apply for a fully funded scholarship to enroll in a remotely taught online course and then spend one week in Chicago.
