The application deadline is May 1, 2021. Students will be notified by May 15 of an admission decision.  

Please note: most recent freshman year grades are required. In addition to your first semester grades, we require a progress report showing your most recent second semester grades. If a second semester progress report is not available by May 1, you may still submit your application and email any additional documentation at a later time to ncmullen@uchicago.edu. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Emerging Rural Leaders I will be held remotely online the week of Monday, July 12 – Friday, July 16. If selected, students must confirm their enrollment within one week and submit all required forms and paperwork by June 1. This program is fully funded by Trott Family Philanthropies and there is no cost to apply or participate.
