If you will be paying by check, make the check payable to "The University of Chicago" and mail it to "Simon Nascimento, UChicago Office of College Admissions, 1101 East 58th Street, Suite 105, Chicago, IL, 60613." If you choose to pay by check, you can ignore the payment form on your registration confirmation page and confirmation email.
